Title 36. Insurance: Certain information to be included on license - Term

A.  The name, mailing address of the licensee, expiration date,
the line or lines of insurance coverage by the license, and such
other information as the Commissioner deems proper for inclusion in
the license shall be indicated on the license.
B.  All licenses issued pursuant to the provisions of the
Insurance Agents Licensing Act shall continue in force not longer
than twenty-four (24) months.  The renewal dates for the licenses
may be staggered throughout the year by notifying licensees in
writing of the expiration and renewal date being assigned to the
licensees by the Commissioner and by making appropriate adjustment
in the biennial licensing fee.
