Oklahoma Code § 36-1220

Title 36. Insurance: Exclusive agents - Restrictions

No insurance company, including any subsidiary of any such
company, may offer any insurance program in this state to exclusive
agents without offering the same insurance program through all of
its other authorized agents and brokers authorized for similar types
of insurance coverage.
