Oklahoma Code § 36-1202

Title 36. Insurance: Definitions

When used in this article:
1.  “Person” shall mean any individual, corporation,
association, partnership, reciprocal exchange, inter-insurer,
Lloyd’s insurer, Lloyd’s Name, Lloyd’s Syndicate Name, fraternal
benefit society, and any other legal entity engaged in the business
of insurance, including agents, brokers, adjusters, and prepaid
vision plan organizations and insurers;
2.  “Commissioner” shall mean the Insurance Commissioner of this
state; and
3.  “Name” shall mean any individual or corporate entity
underwriting insurance for their own account through the Lloyd’s of
London market and any agents or employees of any such individual or
corporate entity.
