Oklahoma Code § 36-1111

Title 36. Insurance: Acceptance of surplus line business by brokers

A surplus lines licensee or broker may accept and place surplus
lines insurance from any insurance agent or broker licensed in this
state for the kind of insurance involved, and may compensate such
agent or broker therefor.  The insurance agent or broker shall have
the right to receive from the surplus lines insurer the customary
commission.
