Oklahoma Code § 34-19

Title 34. Initiative And Referendum: Failure to publish not to invalidate election

The failure to prepare and have published the argument and other
matter as provided by law shall not invalidate the election held on
any initiative or referendum or Constitutional amendment proposed by
the Legislature, and no election on any such measure shall be
declared or held invalid on the grounds that such publication was
not so prepared or published.
