Oklahoma Code § 30-4-767

Title 30. Guardian And Ward: Limitation of action for recovery of estate sold -

Disability and removal thereof.
No action for the recovery of any estate sold by a guardian can
be maintained by the ward, or by any person claiming under him,
unless it is commenced within three (3) years immediately following
the termination of the guardianship or, when a legal disability to
sue exists by reason of minority or otherwise, at the time when the
cause of action accrues, within three (3) years immediately
following the removal of such disability.
