Order. When a petition is presented praying that a guardian be required to give further security, or to give bond where, by order of the court no bond was originally required, and it is alleged on oath that such is necessary to serve the best interest of the ward or his estate, the judge may, by order, suspend his powers until the matter can be heard and determined. If the judge determines a bond or other security is in the best interests of the ward or his estate, the judge shall order the same to be posted, and if it is not given within a reasonable time, to be fixed by the judge, the guardian shall be removed.
