Oklahoma Code § 30-3-109

Title 30. Guardian And Ward: Hearing on petition - Setting of date

When it is represented to the court in a petition filed pursuant
to this act alleging that a person is an incapacitated person or
partially incapacitated person, the court shall set a date for a
hearing on the petition which date shall be no more than thirty (30)
days after the filing of the petition.  The court shall cause notice
to be served pursuant to the provisions of Section 3-110 of this
title and to the attorney of the subject of the proceeding, if any,
and if known to the petitioner.
