Title 3. Aircraft And Airports: Remedies to ensure compliance with act — Injunction

The Board of Directors or any aggrieved person may have recourse
to such remedies in law and equity as may be necessary to ensure
compliance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Space Industry
Development Act, including injunctive relief to enjoin or restrain
any person from violating the provisions of the Oklahoma Space
Industry Development Act, and any rules, resolutions, procedures,
and orders adopted under the Oklahoma Space Industry Development
Act.  The court shall, upon proof of any such violation, have the
duty to issue temporary and permanent injunctions as are necessary
to prevent further violation thereof.  In case any building or
structure is erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired,
converted or maintained, or any building, structure, land or water
is used, in violation of the Oklahoma Space Industry Development
Act, or of any rules, resolutions, procedures, or orders adopted
under authority conferred by the Oklahoma Space Industry Development
Act or under law, the Board may institute any appropriate action or
proceeding to prevent such unlawful erection, construction,
reconstruction, alteration, repair, conversion, maintenance or use,
to restrain, correct or avoid such violations, to prevent the
occupancy of such building, structure, land or water, and to prevent
any illegal act, conduct, business or use in or about such premises,
land or water.
