Pilot and Passenger Protection Act. A permit issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 of the Aircraft Pilot and Passenger Protection Act is valid only if the proposed structure has been constructed within ten (10) years of the issuance of a permit by the Commission pursuant to Section 8 of this act.
