Oklahoma Code § 29-7-801

Title 29. Game And Fish: Exotic wildlife - Penalties for releasing

A.  No exotic wildlife may be released into the wilds of
Oklahoma without first obtaining written permission of the Director.
B.  Any person releasing such exotic wildlife into the wilds of
Oklahoma in violation of the provisions of this section shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall
be punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
nor more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) or by imprisonment in
the county jail for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days or by
both.
