Oklahoma Code § 29-5-207

Title 29. Game And Fish: Nest or eggs of game birds - Taking or destroying

It shall be unlawful to willfully and intentionally take or
destroy at any time the nest or eggs of any game bird, except as
specifically permitted by law.  Any person found guilty of a
violation of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than Ten
Dollars ($10.00), nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), or by
imprisonment in the county jail for thirty (30) days, or by both
such imprisonment and fine.
