A. Except as otherwise provided in this title or in the Oklahoma Farmed Cervidae Act, no person may breed or raise wildlife for personal consumption or noncommercial purposes without having first procured a license from the Director. B. Licenses may be issued to any person that lawfully obtains wildlife, acts in good faith and adheres to the laws of the State of Oklahoma. C.
