Oklahoma Code § 29-3-301

Title 29. Game And Fish: Dispositions of monies from fines and forfeitures -

Reports and transmittals.
A.  All monies received from fines and forfeitures for violation
of the Wildlife Conservation laws shall, when collected by the court
clerk, be deposited by such clerk as follows:
1.  Fifty percent (50%) thereof with the county treasurer to be
credited to the general fund of the county and so reported;
2.  Fifty percent (50%) shall be transmitted to the State
Wildlife Conservation Fund by cash voucher and so reported.
B.  All transmittals of funds under this section shall be
accompanied by a report showing the name of the court, the number of
the case, the style of the case and the amount of fine and
forfeiture in each separate instance.
