– Notice - Penalties.
A.  The Department of Wildlife Conservation may suspend the
hunting, trapping, or fishing privileges of any resident of this
state upon notification from the licensing authority of a
participating state as set forth in the Interstate Wildlife Violator
Compact, that the resident has failed to comply with the terms of a
citation issued for a wildlife violation.  The suspension remains in
effect until the Department receives satisfactory evidence of
compliance from the issuing state.
B.  Notice of the suspension must be sent to the resident, who
shall surrender all current Oklahoma hunting, trapping, or fishing
licenses to the Department within ten (10) days.
C.  A person who hunts, traps, or fishes, who applies for or
purchases licenses or permits, or who refuses to surrender any
current hunting, trapping, or fishing licenses in violation of this
section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a
fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or more than
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
