Oklahoma Code § 28-56

Title 28. Fees: Marriage ceremony fees

When a marriage is to be performed by any judge, the court clerk
of the county where the marriage is performed shall collect a fee of
Ten Dollars ($10.00), in addition to the fee provided for in Section
31 of this title for every marriage ceremony so performed, which fee
shall be deposited in the court fund.  No judge shall perform a
marriage ceremony without proof of the payment of this fee.
