A.  The Conservation Commission shall require applicants to
submit information, forms and reports as are necessary to properly
and efficiently administer the conservation cost-share program.
B.  Persons may apply to a conservation district for cost-share
funds for eligible conservation projects in the State of Oklahoma,
in accordance with rules promulgated by the Commission.  To be
eligible for reimbursement for a cost-share project, an eligible
person must:
1.  File a conservation plan approved by the conservation
district in which the applicant's land is located; and
2.  Enter into a contract with a conservation district detailing
the responsibilities of the person.
C.  Applications for funds shall be approved or denied by the
conservation district in accordance with criteria promulgated by the
Commission.
