Title 27A. Environment And Natural Resources: Violations - Criminal penalties

Except as otherwise provided by the Oklahoma Hazardous Waste
Management Act or other law, any person who violates any of the
provisions of the Oklahoma Hazardous Waste Management Act or rules
promulgated thereunder shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof shall be subject to imprisonment in the
county jail for not more than six (6) months, or a fine of not less
than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) nor more than Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), or by both such fine and
imprisonment.  Each day or part of a day during which such violation
is continued or repeated shall constitute a new and separate
offense.
