A. The Department of Environmental Quality shall maintain a computerized information system of water quality data, including but not limited to the results of surface water and groundwater quality monitoring in a manner that is accessible to the state environmental agencies and to the public. B. 1. Each state environmental agency shall submit the results of any water quality monitoring performed by the agency in readable electronic format as determined by the Department pursuant to recommendations of the State Water Quality Standards Implementation Advisory Committee. 2. All submitted data shall be in a format consistent with the applicable federal program. 3. If any state environmental agency is unable to submit the data, such fact shall be reported to the Secretary of the Environment.
