Oklahoma Code § 26-9-100

Title 26. Elections: Experimental voting devices or equipment

The Secretary of the State Election Board shall be authorized to
allow for the experimental use of one or more vote counting devices
or other equipment in one or more election precincts in one or more
counties, without a formal purchase thereof.  The experimental use
of such vote counting device or other equipment in any election
shall be as valid for all purposes as if it had been purchased.
