Title 26. Elections: Hearings on petitions alleging irregularities or fraud

involving two or more counties.
When a petition is filed alleging irregularities or fraud
involving two or more counties, the hearings for all counties shall
be scheduled at a single location by the election board secretary
who accepted the petition.  When such a petition is filed with the
Secretary of the State Election Board, the Supreme Court shall
assign a single judge to hear and determine the issue for all
affected counties.
