Oklahoma Code § 26-7-129.1

Title 26. Elections: Ballots mutilated by electronic counting equipment to

In the event ballots are counted electronically by a voting
device, writing or other marks on the ballot shall not invalidate a
ballot or any portion of the ballot, provided the ballot is properly
marked otherwise so that it may be counted by the voting device
according to law.
