Oklahoma Code § 26-7-123.3

Title 26. Elections: Voter who requires assistance to vote

Any voter who requires assistance to vote by reason of
blindness, disability, or inability to read or write may be given
assistance by a person of the voter's choice, other than the voter's
employer or agent of that employer or officer or agent of the
voter's union.  The Secretary of the State Election Board shall
prescribe procedures to be used that require such voters to swear or
affirm that such assistance is required and that require the person
providing such assistance to swear or affirm that the voter's
ballots are being voted in accordance with the voter's wishes.
