Oklahoma Code § 26-6-119

Title 26. Elections: Ballots for educational purposes

It shall be unlawful to print or distribute ballots, or
duplicates thereof, except as authorized by law; provided, however,
that for educational purposes, the contents of said ballots may be
reproduced in sizes of at least twenty percent (20%) smaller than or
twenty percent (20%) larger than the official ballots and provided
further than such reproductions must bear the words "FOR EDUCATIONAL
PURPOSES ONLY".
