Oklahoma Code § 26-6-112

Title 26. Elections: Identification of ballot as to precinct

All ballots for Primary, Runoff Primary and General Elections
must be designated in such a manner as the Secretary of the State
Election Board may prescribe to achieve the identification of a
ballot for a particular precinct.
