Oklahoma Code § 26-5-114

Title 26. Elections: Designation of term

In all primary elections where there are two or more nominations
to be made for the same office in name, one of said offices being
for a longer term than the other, each candidate, in filing for
nomination for said office, shall state whether he is filing for the
long or short term, and the same shall be reflected on the ballot
for said offices.
