Oklahoma Code § 26-5-108

Title 26. Elections: Adopting name of incumbent prohibited

No person may become a candidate for any office who adopts or
has adopted a name identical or similar to that of the incumbent of
such office, or of any candidate who has previously made public
announcement of his candidacy for such office.
