Oklahoma Code § 26-3-114

Title 26. Elections: Public information

It shall be the duty of the secretary of each county election
board to disseminate information about voter registration, the dates
and time of elections, locations of polling places, and other data
as he deems necessary to inform the general public of same.  Sample
ballots shall be made available to the general public.
