Oklahoma Code § 26-2-101

Title 26. Elections: State Election Board - Number of members

The State Election Board shall be composed of three (3) members
and two (2) alternate members, each of whom shall be appointed by
the Governor upon advice and consent of the Senate.  An alternate
shall serve on the State Election Board at any meeting that a member
for whom the person is an alternate is unable to attend.
