Oklahoma Code § 26-16-101

Title 26. Elections: Felony offenses

Any person deemed guilty of a Class D1 felony offense under the
provisions of this act shall, upon conviction, be confined as
provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21

of the Oklahoma Statutes, or fined not more than Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($50,000.00), or both.
