Title 25. Definitions And General Provisions: National Day of the Cowboy

The fourth Saturday of July of each year shall be declared as
the National Day of the Cowboy and set aside to celebrate the
contribution of the Cowboy and Cowgirl to this state and all of
America's culture and heritage.  All citizens of this state are
encouraged to recognize and celebrate annually on this day our
state's long and proud tradition of cowboy culture with appropriate
ceremonies, events and activities.
