Oklahoma Code § 25-34

Title 25. Definitions And General Provisions: "Kerosene" defined

Pursuant to the authority granted by Section 2 of Article XX of
the Oklahoma Constitution, the term "kerosene" shall mean a
petroleum product having an A.P.I. gravity of not less than forty
(40) degrees, at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit and
a minimum flash point of one hundred (100) degrees Fahrenheit.
