Title 25. Definitions And General Provisions: Inspection - Records

A.  In connection with an investigation of a complaint filed
under Section 1101 et seq. of this title, the Attorney General shall
have access at any reasonable time to premises, records and
documents relevant to the complaint and the right to examine,
photograph and copy evidence, in accordance with the Oklahoma
Administrative Procedures Act.
B.  So as to avoid undue burden on persons subject to the act,
records and reports required by the Attorney General under this
section shall conform as near as may be to similar records and
reports required by federal law.
C.  It is unlawful for an officer or employee of the Attorney
General to make public with respect to a particular person without
his consent information obtained by the Attorney General pursuant to
his or her authority under this section.
