Filing by Attorney General - Effects on administrative hearing. A. If the Attorney General concludes at any time following the filing of a discriminatory housing complaint that prompt judicial action is necessary to carry out the purposes of Section 1101 et seq. of this title, the Attorney General may commence a civil action for appropriate temporary or preliminary relief pending final disposition of the complaint. B. A temporary restraining order or other order granting preliminary or temporary relief on a discriminatory housing complaint filed under this section is governed by the provisions of Section 1502.1 of this title and the applicable Oklahoma rules of civil procedure.
