Title 25. Definitions And General Provisions: Owners to whom act applicable

The provisions of this act shall be applicable to any owner or
principal owner, his heirs or assigns, of any newspaper during his
services in the Armed Forces of the United States of America in the
war between the United States and Germany, Italy and Japan, and for
six (6) months after the termination of hostilities between the
United States of America and the enemy countries mentioned herein,
or during a state of national emergency as declared by the President
of the United States.
