Title 24. Debtor And Creditor: Exempt property and life insurance do not pass - Exception

Property exempt from execution and insurances upon the life of
the assignor do not pass to the assignee by a general assignment for
the benefit of the creditors, unless the instrument specially
mentions them, and declares an intention that they should pass
thereby.
