Oklahoma Code § 22-452

Title 22. Criminal Procedure: Defendant's presence required for felonies

If the indictment or information is for a felony the defendant
must be present, either in person or by videoconference, but if for
a misdemeanor only, the personal appearance is unnecessary, and the
defendant may appear upon the arraignment by counsel.
