A. If funds are available, the Office of the Attorney General annually shall collect data on the number of victim protective orders issued in each county and the number of violations of victim protective orders in each county. B. The Office of the Attorney General shall provide this information to the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board and the Administrative Office of the Courts.
