Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Conspiracy

A.  A conspiracy is any agreement, combination or common plan or
scheme by two or more persons, coupled with an overt act in
furtherance of such agreement, combination or common plan or scheme,
to violate any section of this act.
B.  Any person found guilty of conspiracy shall be guilty of a
Class D1 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as
provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of this
title.
