Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Leasing for gambling purposes

Every person who shall knowingly lease or rent to another any
house, building or premises for the purpose of setting up or keeping
therein, any of the gambling devices prohibited by the preceding
provisions of this article, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
