Oklahoma Code § 21-946

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Illegal use of building - Nuisance - Penalty

Any house, room or place where any of the games prohibited by
Section 941 of this title are opened, conducted or carried on, or
where persons congregate to play at any such games is a public
nuisance and the keepers and managers of any such nuisance, and
persons aiding or assisting any such keepers or managers in keeping
or managing any such nuisance shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony
offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not
less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than Ten Thousand
Dollars ($10,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in
subsections B through F of Section 20M of this title.
