Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Penalties

Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation who violates any
of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and
upon each conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not
less than Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) nor more than Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a
period not to exceed six (6) months, or the court, in its
discretion, may suspend or revoke the Oklahoma motor vehicle
dealer's license issued under the provisions of 47 O.S.1951 Sec.
22.15, or by such fine and imprisonment and suspension or
revocation.
