Oklahoma Code § 21-842.2

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Penalties

Any person convicted of violating the provisions of Section
842.1 of this title or rules promulgated pursuant thereto shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county
jail not to exceed ninety (90) days, a fine of not more than Five
Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
