Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Aiding suicide a felony

Any person guilty of aiding suicide shall be guilty of a Class
B1 felony offense punishable by imprisonment in the State
Penitentiary for not less than seven (7) years.

sI §21-818.  Aiding an attempt at suicide a felony.
Every person guilty of aiding an attempt at suicide shall be
guilty of a Class D3 felony offense punishable by imprisonment in
the State Penitentiary not exceeding two (2) years, or by a fine not
exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both.
