Oklahoma Code § 21-715

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Manslaughter in the first degree a felony

Any person guilty of manslaughter in the first degree shall be
guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment in the custody of the
Department of Corrections for not less than four (4) years.
