Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Disclosure of deposition returned by grand jury

Every clerk of any court who willfully permits any deposition
returned by any grand jury with a presentment made by them, and
filed with such clerk, to be inspected by any person except the
court, the deputies or assistants of such clerk, and the district
attorney and his assistants, until after the arrest of the
defendant, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
