Oklahoma Code § 21-549

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Mortgage of land adversely possessed not prohibited

The two last sections shall not be construed to prevent any person
having a just title to lands, upon which there shall be an adverse
possession, from executing a mortgage on such lands.
