Oklahoma Code § 21-486

Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Removal from office for violation of article

Every person guilty of violating the provisions of this article,
shall, independently of, or in addition to any criminal prosecution
that may be instituted, be removed from office according to the mode
of trial and removal prescribed in the Constitution and laws of this
State.
