Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Attempt to escape from penitentiary

Every prisoner confined in the penitentiary for a term less than
for life, who attempts by force or fraud, although unsuccessfully,
to escape from such prison, shall be guilty of a Class D2 felony
offense and shall by punished by imprisonment as provided for in
subsections B through F of Section 20O of this title.
