Title 21. Crimes And Punishments: Punishment for conspiracy against state

If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense
against the State of Oklahoma, any county, school district,
municipality or subdivision thereof, or to defraud the State of
Oklahoma, any county, school district, municipality or subdivision
thereof, in any manner or for any purpose, and if one or more of
such parties do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, all
the parties to such conspiracy shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony
offense punishable by a fine of not more than Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000.00), or imprisonment as provided for in subsections
B through F of Section 20M of this title, or by both such fine and
imprisonment.
